If during these very challenging times you operate a retail site or other facility where you have extended your operating hours in the period covering the Christmas and New Year period and especially if you are operating 24/7 you will need to ensure you have reviewed your fire risk assessment and life safety arrangements to ensure that staff and customers are adequately protected if you are opening late or fully through the time.
Night shift times are a much higher and significant risk of accidental fire and your FRA should reflect this.
